I, hereby authorize staff of Sain Baseball Camp to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention and hereby waive and release Sain Baseball Camp, Riviera Little League, TABB, and the City of Torrance from any and all liability for any injuries or illnesses incurred while at the Camp. I have no knowledge of any physical impairment that would be affected by the above named campers participation in the camp program. I agree to compensate the camp for any and all damages or injuries caused by the participant. I also understand the camp retains the right to use photographs of campers taken for publicity and advertising purposes.
